We are an independent local charity providing support to elderly people in the City.
We run day centres enabling elderly and often disabled people to take part in a varied programme of social activities
Many problems suffered by elderly people stem from loneliness and isolation, and a day out mixing with others or taking part in practical activities can make a real difference to the quality of their lives.

Come and join one of our friendly and welcoming lunch clubs which take place every Monday and Wednesday from 10am until 2pm.
We provide tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, a two course lunch and a range of entertainment including music, speakers, art and seated exercise classes.
Contact us to find out more or to book a space for yourself, a friend or a family member.
Cost: £15 for the day, £5 for transport (limited spaces), £1 for the raffle.
Our work relies heavily on the work of volunteers to run the lunch clubs and transport our clients.
